Microwave Sponge PuddingQuick and simple.
In a microwave bowls beat
2oz Sunflower spread with
2oz Sugar - any will do.
Add - 1 Egg and beat in to the sugar and sunflower spread
Add - 4 oz Self Raising Flour and mix in well
To this you can add a small amount of mixed fruit, chockky chips, cherries.
Microwave for 90 seconds, check to see if the top is firm and bouncy, if it's not microwave for 5 second intervals until firm.
If you have left the sponge plain you can serve with warm jam, golden syrup, cream or custard.
