**Aled captions** just for funI've seen threads like these on other message boards and I'm addicted to them.. they're so much fun both to read and contribute to.. point is we post a picture of Aled and a caption of what he looks like he could be saying or thinking (not realistically of course, just for fun).....

that's better! - I can see them now. And they gave me a good laugh! Where did you find those pictures?
I've got one very naughty picture I took of Aled (not naughty that way thank you!!) which could have a number of captions but I don't know how to put it up! I've kept it back, although Steve, Aled's manager loved it and wanted a copy, and Aled didn't seem to mind - but as I say, I don't know how to put it up. if you find more that we could think of captions for, do put them up for us! |

Dawn, I was thinking of the one taken in St Paul's last year, where Aled looks ..... a litle..... worse for wear?! Never before on general release! - but it is a limited audience here, methinks |

perhaps a little explanation on the last one, JohnUS. You may know that Aled had a badly torn Achilles tendon last December, followed by a deep vein thrombosis, and so was not allowed alcohol for a bit. This photo was taken during a Songs of Praise the he recorded, if I remember rightly, at the highest pub in Wales during the winter (you can see the snow) when he was still in plaster, or at least a moon boot. His tipple is not usually orange juice! | ||

since pictures from the fanclub won't show in this forum and Todd probably doesn't want fanclub material to be spread through Photobucket, I've started making my own video stills that we can come up with captions to. I'll be adding pictures every now and then but for now all I have is stills from Play It Again, which I finally was able to watch (new media player!). It was indeed taken at St Pauls, after Aled had presented the pre-record of "At the Foot of the Cross" And I swear he was as sober as you could possibly make him! I just caught him with an unfortunate expression. Steve, Aled's manager loved this one and wanted a copy. Aled has seen it too - response uknown!
