I spotted this phrase in a post on the Fanclub, and thought I'd explain the different meaning in different countries. In the US it means "not feeling well" like you have a cold or flu. In Australia, so I understand, it means that you're drunk. Might be a good idea to keep that in mind, whether you're writing that phrase, or reading it.
